I am very pleased with the job Anthony did (power washing). He was on time and did a little bit extra at no cost to me. I am a Senior Citizen and at times am fearful that i am getting taken advantage of. Anthony put me at ease immediately I would recommend him without hesitation.
Anthony was responsive from Day 1 from scoping the job and preparing the estimate, and then setting expectations and scheduling the work. His communication was consistent in that he let me know his days/times of availability and always kept me informed via text and/or email of his arrival and time allocation. He even went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the job after completion. Great customer service!
