Top Quality House Wash & Gutter Cleaning done in Raleigh, NC 27614

This beautiful cedar plank sided home was absolutely covered in algae & mildew located in The Highland Falls Lake in Raleigh, NC 27614.

I preformed an Exterior House SoftWash utilizing my top of the line equipment and knowledge in the industry to transform this lovely property. A Softwash is utilizing low pressure with the combination of diluted chemical to clean the siding. This is the safest way to perform house washing as using high pressure can and will damage the siding.

After thoroughly wetting the siding with water, I utilized my chemical mixture with my pressure washer and a low pressure tip (to not damage the wooden cedar siding, otherwise known as softwashing) and allowed that to dwell for approximately 10 minutes.

I then rinsed the siding heavily with water, and then applied Oxalic Acid to help restore the woods natural PH and brighten it to its original color. This prevents the wood from being damaged from the cleaning chemical and is a necessary step when properly cleaning wood.

After washing the entire property and given it a much needed facelift, I then tackled the Gutter Cleaning.

This involved utilizing my different sized ladders along the property, leaf blowing some sections of gutters, while hand scooping others to prevent causing a mess on the property.

As always, the customer was pleased with nothing but a 5-star experience!
