Top Quality House Washing and Driveway / Patio / Walkway Cleaning in Cary, North Carolina

Upon arriving at the property located in Cary, North Carolina 27511, I did a pre-inspection walk of the 3400 sq ft. home and 1050 sq ft. driveway / patio to identify any potential hazards such as exposed cameras, doorbells, AC units, lights etc. and covered each item to prevent any potential damage. I then hooked up my water supply hose to my water tank, and began pre-wetting all the plants and trees to prevent any potential damage to them from the chemicals used. Afterwards I began my top quality Soft Wash House Washing using my top of the line AR45 gas pump. I sprayed the entire house from the gutter line / fascia down, including cleaning the windows. I utilized my remote bypass system to remotely and quickly switch to water intermittently to further wet the plants and trees to prevent any damage possible. After treating the house, I went ahead and pre treated the driveway / patio / walkway with chemical. I allowed the chemical to dwell on the house for approximately 15 minutes, afterwards, I went ahead and rinsed the entire house thoroughly as well as the plants and trees again to ensure no damage would be caused to them. I then went and used my top of the line Honda IGX800 paired with Comet 10 gpm pump Pressure Washer combined with my 24" General Surface Cleaner to professionally Pressure Wash the Driveway / Walkway / Patio. After pressure washing with the surface cleaner I utilized my high flow DN10 ball valve to rinse the entire driveway / walkway / patio to remove all the dirt / moss / mildew from the area making sure to keep proper distance from the surface to not cause any scarring. Afterwards, I again utilized my top of the line AR45 Gas "roof" pump to professionally post treat the driveway / walkway / patio providing a professional quality finish with no lines or marks left from the surface cleaner. I notified the customer that the service was complete and preformed a walk around the property with the home owner to show them the transformation. The before and after photos spoke for themselves once showed to the customer.
